Real Estate Inspection In Altoona

Helping Solutions LLC is a top Altoona, PA home inspector on!

Transcript provided by InterNACHI, the home inspector .

We strive to be the most qualified home inspection service available. As a member of InterNachi (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors), we make staying educated a priority. Our field is one of many fields actually, so there is always room to grow. We hope by continuing to expand our knowledge and services that we will be a one stop shop for all of your testing and measurement in Altoona. If you have a need or question you don't see addressed here, give us a call. We may still be able to help you. If we can't, we know people who can and can get you to a qualified individual in the area.

The Commonwealth of PA requires that individuals/firms renew their license to measure radon every 2 years. We keep our certification up to date as well as participate in continuing education to stay informed on new developments in the field. Considering all the health concerns involving this colorless & oderless gas, it's important to us to know as much as possible. Give us a call if you have questions about radon, or visit the Commonwealth's website here.

Helping Solutions is also a proud member of Environmental Solutions Association (ESA). Our inspector has successfully completed ESA's Septic System Inspection Program in order to further our knowledge of residential septic systems. Any inspector will come out to your home to perform a load and dye test but we'll spend the extra time to visually examine the internal components of your tank to minimize any surprises after move in. Many homeowners do not know, cannot afford, or simply disregard the fact that septic tanks are designed to be periodically pumped out. While the system may be functioning fine at the time of the inspection and pass a load & dye test, levels inside the tank or the internal components may be less than ideal and there is no way of discovering this without taking the time to observe the inside of the tank.

On top of general contracting experience and blueprint reading, our inspector has completed formal training at Allied Schools. He has completed both the Home Inspection Program and the Advanced Home Inspection Program. In order to comply with InterNachi's rules of membership, as well as the Commonwealth's laws regarding formal education; our inspector has also completed all the courses listed to the right.
